"The Ethics of Star Trek" on Peace Talk Radio

With the imminent release of JJ Abrams' highly anticipated Star Trek motion picture, Peace Talk Radio takes a look back at the Original Series and how themes of war, peace, tolerance, friendship and compassion were explored in such episodes as "Errand of Mercy, "A Taste of Armageddon," "The Savage Curtain" and "Bread and Circuses." Joining host Paul Ingles are Nichelle Nichols (Lt. Uhura), Star Trek historian, novelist and series writer David Gerrold (The World of Star Trek, plus the classic "Troubles with Tribbles" episode) and Indiana State University professor Judith Barad, co-author of The Ethics of Star Trek.
